Workplace Education Programs

Wellstart Health

A comprehensive, 12-week lifestyle change program (100% plant-based) led by physicians, dietitians and health coaches. An employer could offer the Wellstart program as an attractive benefit to the workforce. The program gives participants – even those with chronic conditions or at high risk – knowledge and new skills to take control of their own health and even reverse their illnesses. Many participants have reduced and even eliminated medications, and they report feeling better than they’d ever imagined possible.

PCRM Food For Life

This international program of nutrition and health classes – delivered by a network of certified instructors – helps people regain their health through food. The classes cover how a plant-based diet can prevent and reverse chronic diseases. Organizations can also have their employees become certified Food for Life Instructors to then bring this established and credible plant-based nutrition education program to their customers or employees.

Forward Food

A project of HSUS, this program works with corporate foodservice providers to help add more plant-based foods to the menus. The program offers free resources, toolkits, recipes, marketing materials, and even in-person events and chef training.

Friendly Food Alliance

An innovative pilot project of CIWF to partner with food companies to explore expansion of plant-based offerings, blended products and other strategies to reduce animal ingredients in their food supply chain. Uniquely, this project would help food companies capitalize on the market trend towards plant-based foods.

Green Monday

This program helps schools and other institutions work with their food vendors to offer delicious, sustainable, plant-based “Green Monday Specials” one day per week. It also offers tools to educate employees and students about the consequences of our food choices.

Plant-Based Workplace CEO Challenge

Gigi Carter is a nutritionist and author of Plant-Based Workplace. In this program, she invites CEOs to improve employee health and reduce the business’s carbon footprint by implementing a plant-based workplace through a 3-step process.
