After a 20-year career in non-profit management and adjunct professor, Gail relocated to northern Virginia from southern California. She has certifications from eCornell in plant-based nutrition and from Rouxbe in plant-based cooking. Gail loves introducing others to vegan foods and teaching cooking classes as a side gig. She is currently writing a vegan cookbook series, focused on seasonal herbs.
Gail joined the Vegan Leaders management team in 2019 to spearhead member engagement and media initiatives, especially the newly planned Live Events.
